THANK You to staff who found a room more suited to our needs ;; and for a lower price (compared to what the Phone Center booked us in for This was MUCH APPRECIATED.) 2ndly I give employees top marks for making the most of an nice hotel that is starting to show wear. EX 1: Baseboard loose behind the Fridge; EX 2: Rubber base board around the tub let water under and behind it giving rise to mold opportunity. HOWEVER: The Cleaning staff are doing well; our room was very satisfactory.

I just wanted to let you know that this was the worst hotel that I have ever experienced. When we checked into our room, the toilet was nearly plugged so I had to go downstairs to get a plunger and fix it myself. We reserved a two bedroom room for three adults. All three of us use c paps. My husband and I shared the two double bedroom. When plugging into the outlet, my husband had enough power to use his c pap but I couldn't not use mine because there wasn't enough power. I plugged it into a different outlet and there still wasn't enough power. I could not believe it! My husband complained to the front desk about our problems but the person there said he would speak to his manager about it. We heard nothing. I would like some compensation on my $237 that I spent for such a crappy room.
