Lobby,restaurant A/C not working. Took hours to get waited on and served meals. Annette the bar tender was fantastic considering the circumstances. GM was great also under the manpower shortage.

I first arrived at 2:50 (I knew check in was at 3, but I thought on the off chance they had a room available). They said there were no rooms available and there wouldn't be any available for 10 15 minutes and she was very, very hateful about it. Her name was Betty. So I went outside and sat in my car for 20 min. Came back in about 3:15 and asked if they were ready yet and she said very rudely ?you're going to have to sit over there with everyone else I already have four people ahead of you waiting?. When I was actually the first one in to ask, but whatever. There had been a discrepancy with someone on one of the floors smoking weed so there were multiple people complaining about the stench and they had to clean more rooms. The lady that ended up checking me in was very kind, I didn't get her name. When I booked on Expedia it said breakfast was free with my booking. I usually never book at a hotel that doesn't have breakfast. Upon checking in, they told us the breakfast was not complimentary and was 12.75 a person! That seems a bit ridiculous to me. But oh well. It said they have a heated indoor pool, it was not heated. My daughter was only able to stay in it for maybe 10 minutes before not being able to handle it anymore. In our rooms, they knew I had booked for four adults, but yet our room only had two towels. Most of these were very minor things. But when you pay $350 for ONE NIGHT, yes they raised the price so much because of the volleyball tournament going on, you expect to get what you paid for and I did not. I will not recommend, nor will I stay at this hotel again.

we arrived suppose to have two queen beds Chassity was girl at desk told me no queen rooms avaialable put me in king room for four people finally a hour later moved us to queen room I was told no maid service available all weekend we had to go to front desk to get towels also stayed there so we would have shuttle available to expo center all weekend they had NO shuttle driver entire weekend ive always stayed at Holiday inn or express this place was horrible and front desk people very rudewill not stay there again.

This hotel was fine, nothing super amazing. It was $400/night, so I sort of expected super amazing, but overall, it was just alright. Rooms, lobby and elevator were clean and the bathroom was well stocked. We waited legit like two hours for our meal in the lobby restaurant. Poor Brody was doing the best he could, but he was the only person working both the restaurant and bar. Our room wasn't ready on time when we arrived.
