The Candlewood Suites is located on the cusp of the blossoming River Ranch area, near the Oil Center. It is situated on the busy thoroughfare of Kaliste Saloom, which puts just about every part of Lafayette within easy reach. The best part of this hotel is that it is actually an all suite property. Rooms are clean and spacious with tonal decor. There are various configurations, but all contain a fully furnished kitchenette with dishwasher and full sized refrigerator. A mini-mart sells any conveniences you would need to get you settled in for your first night. The Candlewood Suites is part of a trend bringing the consistency of your favorite brands to the layout of the extended stay hotel. Guests should be aware that the hotel does not currently have a pool, but there is a covered area with a beautiful gas grill that is perfect for cook-outs. Give the Candlewood Suites a try for an overnight stay, or a week long trip. Either way, you will be pleased.

At the Candlewood Suites ALL of our rooms are suites. We have 80 suites with Flat screen televisions/DVD recorders with HBO, ESPN etc, kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee pot. Fully equipped with cooking and eating utensils. We are accross the street from River Ranch, and are within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. We are approximately 2 miles from the Mall of Acadiana, 4 miles to the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, and 3 miles from the Cajundome Convention Center.
