It was an average experience. There was nothing not expected aside from when I asked if we could extend our stay they said go to priceline. So we didn't stay another night.

82 guestrooms, 20 suites - many with panoramic views of the Columbia river valley, quite location, in the heart of the Tri-Cities, easy freeway access, no freeway noise, over 40 places to eat within a 2 mile radius, just a few blocks from Columbia Center Mall. Only 5 to 15 minutes from area sports and event facilities. Less than 20 minutes to PNNL, Bechtel, Hanford, and related facilities. Award winning property known for incredible level of customer service.
