We had a great experience. We didn't like the first room we got and our man at the front desk John, upgraded us to an ocean front room free of charge. Everything was clean. Having restaurant on site was a plus. There is also a 7/11 across the street great for convenience. All the pools are so fun and even when it feels crowded it doesn't last long. The bug pool was never super crowded. The beach is also nice and not crowded and you can reserve chairs and umbrellas one steer down.
