Property description

Upscale hotel located in southeast Denver, 20-30 minutes from the airport and downtown. Very accessible off the interstate. 6 floors, brick/glass exterior with open atrium in the lobby. Recently completed a $10 million renovation, encompassing all areas of the hotel. Our contemporary, sleek new facilities create the professional ambience you need for a successful stays and events. All guest rooms offer contemporary and very well-appointed furnishings and decor. We are extremely excited by the ongoing commitment to quality for our guests through this renovation. In keeping with our Colorado location, our new decor incorporates nature's palette of warm earth tones and refreshing greens with multi-hued slate throughout. Ballroom is 4000 sq feet with easy access from the parking lot. 13' ceiling height. Large pre-function space for registration, cocktails, etc. Our award-winning culinary team is second to none as far as quality, presentation and the ability to team with our clients to create memorable and successful culinary events. Our Chef, Jason Latta, makes it a practice to meet and greet clients and always gives clients the opportunity to try creations from his kitchen.
