The Lyric Hotel at West End District is a resort in a village setting with multiple venues in various buildings. The Lyric has 100 hotel accommodations in four buildings including the main hotel the Lyric, the East and West Wings and the Statehouse. The Main hotel has a fitness center, two lobby areas, 2-two room King Executive suites and three parlor executive King suites. The property sits on 17 acres and includes an outdoor water-feature pool with a spacious deck and an assortment of patio furniture to enjoy time by the pool or a Delta Sunset, two stand alone restaurants located adjacent to the main hotel (Farmhouse Table, open breakfast, lunch and dinner) and the 8 West Grille (steaks and seafood, open lunch and dinner) both 7 days a week, three event venues (the Gin with 5000 sq. ft. meeting space, that can be divided into two spaces) and the Clubhouse (four meeting rooms with 500 sq. ft each and can be combined into two larger spaces), a pier with large decks for social events, and the Statehouse mansion with lovely columns that has 13 luxury rooms and two parlor areas for special events like weddings and parties. There are over 500 parking spaces and an event stage with lots of green space. The property is located down the street from the MS Grammy Museum and Delta State University.
