The Wyndham Garden Glen Mills is located right at the intersection of Rt. one and Rt.202, surrounded by a variety of restaurants and shopping. The hotel has two entrances off of each major road, I recommend not listening to your GPS and entering off of Rt. 202. They have just undergone major renovations and updates to the hotel in the lobby, guest rooms and meeting space. Hotel amenities include outdoor pool with sundeck, guest laundry facilities, mini store, fitness and business centers, game room that includes arcade machines and a pool table. All guest rooms have comp WIFI, refrigerators and microwaves. Dining options are available on site through room service, the Breakfast Caf� and the very trendy BW Bistro that serves dinner only. There is lots of free parking and a hotel shuttle available. If you are planning an event, they have a full auditorium room, two boardrooms with connecting great rooms and general meeting room plus a pre function area. This 2014 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence recipient is a great option for any traveler whether on business or leisure especially for a long stay, wedding groups, sports teams or families!

We arrived Friday evening. When we returned to our room after being out all day on Saturday, we saw that no one had cleaned it. On Saturday morning, the wastecan in the breakfast room was overflowing. The orange juice was watered. On Sunday morning, there were no spoons. I had to go to the front desk, where they could only give me forks. On the plus side, we enjoyed our meal in the attached Indian restaurant on Friday evening. And on Saturday evening, the desk clerk directed me to free bottles of water. But the bottom line is, we will not stay in a Comfort Inn again.

I travel weekly for my sons baseball tournaments and prior to Covid traveled extensively for my business. I've never encountered such shortsightedness and indifference ? not to mention gross incompetence. I had booked three rooms at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Glen Mills, PA for me and my extended family to attend my son's (age 13) baseball tournament. He plays regularly throughout Pennsylvania and the northeast and we have a large contingency of relatives/grandparents that enjoy traveling with us. The day before our trip my son tested positive for strep throat and was directed by the doctor not to travel, as he was still very contagious. I immediately informed the hotel. Without hesitation, Reservations made it abundantly clear that I had booked the rooms with some sort of non cancelation policy ? which is entirely possible (we never cancel or miss a baseball game). What made the situation nearly impossible for me to comprehend was the indifferent and almost arrogant demeanor that hotel staff immediately took in informing me of the cancellation policy. Not that I expected any sort of sympathetic gesture, but at least some veiled attempt as compassion. And then, to make things worse, they suggested transferring me to someone in guest relations who might be able to help remedy the situation ? all unsolicited by the way. To make a long story short, I spent nearly two hours on hold? being transferred? and cutoff, only to be told there was nothing that could be done for me. This was time I should have spent attending to my sick child. Given the current state of affairs, I found the inability to work with a guest dealing with a health issue and the inflexibility of the policy to be surprisingly shortsighted. And, I found the attitude of those in a public facing position very disappointing.

The exterior of the hotel was really nice, but that is where it ended. We booked a queen/double efficiency suite that had a nice size, but was absolutely disgusting! The bathrooms were full of hair in the tub drains, sinks and floors. The kitchen sink was literally falling out and the windows were held together with foam spray and weather stripping. Walking down the hall to get to your room and seeping into the room was very strong odors of marijuana and cheap air freshener. The smoke detectors were covered with plastic bags to prevent the alarms from going off. Even after we requested to have the rooms cleaned they only made the bed and brought clean towels. No actually cleaning was done.

The Clarion in Glen Mills, PA was fine; would use it again. The restaurant was good, the room was good, but the price I paid thru HotelPlanner was much more than the room price the hotel told me for that room when we checked in. Will contact Clarion directly next time.

I had surgery nearby a few days before Thanksgiving and two of my girl friends came with me to help me recover. We stayed at the Wyndham and as it turned out, we were some of the only guests staying there that night due to the pending holiday. Sam and Paige were so sweet and kind and upgraded us to a very comfortable suite. The room was clean and super cozy and we had the best stay, despite the circumstances of my arrival! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area! The Wyndham is lucky to have such exceptional employees on their staff. This will be my go to hotel if I ever return to the area! Thank you again ladies!

We have just completed another phase of our full property renovation. we took major strides to completely upgrade our breakfast facility, further enhancing the hot buffet breakfast experience. We now be offering a variety of signature hot breakfast items that will vary daily, including: scrambled eggs, sausage patties, cheese omelets and bacon. We have also just added refrigerators and microwaves to all of our guest rooms to expand the stay smart program that we currently have in place. Furthermore, we have made the change to all live foliage throughout the building invigorating the entire facility. We also implemented a new bedding collection, this program eliminates the traditional comforter to literally surround you in freshness. This collection includes, white cotton-rich blend sheets, new pillows with your choice of firmness, sateen weave top sheet. This collection compliments our new bathroom collection perfectly. We have also updated our television selections adding a number of exclusive HD channels and 32 inch flat panel TV's in all rooms. Furthermore, on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday evenings we now show complimentary movies in our 200 seat theatre style auditorium with free, fresh popped popcorn. On Wednesdays from 5:45pm-6:45pm we host our manager's reception with free snacks, refreashments, beer and wine. In addition we finished renovations on our outdoor seasonal pool gave it a fresh new look for the summer. Moreover, we just added a 24 hour internet caf� with 4 flat panel monitors all with high speed internet access and a 24 hour Sundry Pantry if you are craving a late night snack. In addition we have a recently renovated 24 hour fitness center, free high-speed wireless internet access in all guest rooms, free use of washers and dryers and a large arcade/billiard room on premises. All of our guest rooms are spacious and inviting and we have a number of different suites available from queen suites, to our 1 and 2 bedroom apartment suites which have fully equipped kitchens, to our newly renovated luxurious king and jacuzzi suites you will find exactly what type of room you need to have a comfortable stay at a reasonable price. The current multi million dollar renovation project we are undergoing will be sure to wow everyone.

We use only certified green cleaning products in all of our guest rooms. We also ahve a linen reuse program, and a guest room specific energy conservation program based on occupancy.

Hours are from 8:00AM until 8:00PM 7 days a week. The pool is equipped with a ADA compliant chair lift and drink service is also available poolside from 4:00PM until 8:00PM Monday through Saturday..
