Once a guest checks out, the rooms are thoroughly cleaned and then sprayed with a brand approved disinfectant spray. Any reusable items that cannot be disinfected (ie pens,notepads) are no longer left in guest rooms. They are available upon requests and are discarded if left in the room after check out.
