Here are the things we want according to our property points are below 1. Check in is 11 am by check out is 10 am strictly. 2. Loosing key 1500rs 3.rooms used only by guest who provided valid ID. 4. Loud music is not allowed at property after 11:30 pm if it's a whole group and if there are other guests it's prohibited after 10:00 pm 5. No security box available. 6. If you ask for cleaning that will be done in front of the guest only. 7. Rooms are non smoking of any type cigarette or huka that will be penalized 1000/- per room. 8.no wifi provided. 9. Linen is changed every third day, towel changed every second day, if linen, any towel, bath Matt, curtains used in ill manner or spoiled you will be chargeable 1000/- rs each. 10. Spitting paan, gutka, tobbaco or vomit in property will be cleaned by guest and will be charged 1000/- each. 11. Homestay reserve to the right to enter room due to safety and security reasons. 12. Guest should not possess any explosive, weapons or inflammable materials or other dangerous chemicals. 13. Out side food is allowed only to be consumed in dinner room not in personal rooms, cutlery will be chargeable for people more than 4. 300/- per group each meal.14. Beverages are allowed in rooms or in common areas. 15. It is not permitted to use iron, hot plates or electric heaters or any other heater device. 16. Parking is free. 17. Homestay takes no responsibility for any damage or loss of your vehicle in parking. 18. Transportation facilities are available on prior notice and on availability. 19. Except guest no visitors allowed in property. 20. If necessary guest will be allowed till 8 pm. 21. All departure after check out time will be chargeable 500/- rs. 22. If during your stay, for whatever reason, you need to check out earlier, it is necessary to inform homestay 24 prior departure, otherwise full night stay will be charged according to your plan. 23. Any kind of drug use on property by guest will not be tolerated guest will be asked to. Leave the premises at the spot and it will be directly reported to the local police. 24. If any of the rules are broken, any misbehavior or any kind of disrespect of homestay rule, homestay reserves right to make you leave the premises at the same time of the event, And right to charge you for full length of stay as per reservation. 25. You can only carry toiletries like shampoo, shower gel, moisturizer, nothing else like comforter, pillow, sheets, bed sheets, ashtray, cards, boardgames etc. We provide only battery back up of one light and fan and one light in bathroom for each room. Keep this on 5-6 point.Pool rules - no regular cloths allowed in pool, only sports or swim wear allowed in pool, shower is must before entering pool, pool timming 10 am to 7 pm, no drinks or food is allowed in pool, if something eatable fell or any drinks are spilled in pool or if breakage of glass or anything in pool happened by guest will be chargeable 25000/- strictlyf
