We had to take our dog for emergency treatment in Missoula. I did not have prior hotel arrangements and saw the Staybridge and remembered staying there a few years ago. I was not disappointed! EVERYONE on their staff that we encountered was wonderful, from the Hospitality people at the check in desk (I told the gentleman at the front desk I was there to take my very sick dog to a specialist and he was so compassionate and kindly chatted with me for a few minutes. (it happened to be a quiet moment so he was not ignoring other customers). The woman covering the breakfast buffet was very warm and friendly making sure everyone had what they needed. And the people in housekeeping were likewise just as warm and friendly. The room was absolutely fantastic. Complete kitchen and an actual bedroom with two queen size beds. The check in desk even made sure we got on the ground floor to make it easier for our dog to use the outdoor dog facilities. VERY ACCOMODATING!! Would I stay there again? ABSOLUTELY! Thank you all so much for making a difficult time better!

Our vacation was made that much better by the way hotel staff addressed our questions of the things around the area,the room we had was clean as well as the kitchen and bathroom. During our vacation we stayed at a number of hotels and the Staybridge Suites was a step above the rest.
