Room is dated but furnished very nicely. Room and bath is very clean. Hotel amenities are really nice. Parking garage was dirty with trash and litter. Gate in garage was open for anyone to enter and exit without room key being required.

Overall we were satisfied. It was located close to everything we needed to get to. Needs a better restaurant and some new carpet. All the staff was very nice and helpful. Really enjoyed the conversation with the shoe police military veteran. He was super nice. I would stay here again.

I sleep every night with my TV on, its a sleep disorder problem but as long as the TV plays I get some sleep. Unfortunately around two am ( I am up and down all night) the cable went out and there was ZERO channels available. Sadly after that I was awake all night. They came back on by 7 am but I had to spend my night awake because of this. Tv and cable are clearly provided however they shut it off late in the night and take AWAY what I was paying for! I will not stay there again due to this. Other than that problem, The room was nice and clean.

I was not happy with this experience, the night we got here we asked for more towels and it was never brought up to us, I had to go get them at front desk. Then the next day I called to have our room cleaned it never was, so again I had to get more towels for our room. Not a great stay. Thank you.

Very old, uncomfortable beds, smells like mildew, food not very good, parking is ridiculous. Will NOT stay or recommend this place.

Front desk was rude. Lobby was the nicest part of the hotel. The elevators squealed and rocked when stepping in. Our room carpet didn't feel clean and was lumpy as if the under padding needed replacing. Bathroom was old and worn out which gave it the feeling that it wasn't clean because of the stains and worn spots in the vanity. The tiles were uneven and I stubbed my toe on the floortiles. Mattresses were worn out dipping in the middle. I've stayed at similar places for $40 cheaper.

It's not the worst and not the best. Smells moldy, rooms need a deep cleaning. At check in I was given the wrong room number and had to go back down to get another one. Meanwhile the girl who checked me in made rude jokes. I guess instead of being a jerk she probably should have paid attention to what she was doing. Won't stay there again personally.

Very disappointed in the quality of the rooms, used a wipe to wipe down chair and tables it was black dirty. Floors and beds look dirty. A/C and heater worked and TV worked.

The hotel was great. The only complaint was the road construction out front. Not bad except for the large jackhammer that started at 6:30 Saturday morning. Overall, very good hotel; convenient to where we were going and lots of eating establishments nearby.
