Had no maid service, no fresh towels, no made bed.. Bathroom had two burned out lights, bathroom sink had hot and cold water reversed..Very bad service at a hotel.will not stay here again.

Manager Vikas said no to trust on third party websites because they don't follow the regulations of days.worst experience need some refund. Front desk associate mentioned while checkin that in morning management will give refund for continental breakfast not being served. But in morning management deny to give any kind of refund and mentioned not to trust on third party websites.

I have a dog as well but one across the hall barked all night, nothing was done! No breakfast left and hour before it closed. The rest was fine.

This hotel wasn't anything over the top extravagant but it was clean and had a great view of the mountains. The breakfast is only cereal, bagels, muffins, eggs, bacon and toast with a juice machine some yogurt and apples.

We arrived at the hotel and went into our room. The light wasn't working, that happens no biggie. And then the next day we get a knock on the door and its housekeeping wanting to clean our room. I asked her if she could come back at one and she said," well you are my last room and I want to go home." I gave her an encredulous look in which she said "maybe I should get someone else to clean your room!" We go to the wedding come back and our hotel room door is open! No staff was around. I went downstairs fuming and the managers tell me he is sorry and gives me a measly ten percent off. I go back up to the room and check how clean the hotel room is, I check the jacuzzi and it is dirty. Back downstairs I go and once again tell the manager and he comes upstairs changes the light and cleans the jacuzzi. I go to check out this morning and am on my way when a couple of hours later I check my receipt and find out they only have me ten percent for the one night! Am I impressed, take a guess! Your right not in any little way!
