Cottage Guests, your private driveway leads you directly to the cottage with plenty of parking for everyone. The cute 3 bedroom/2 bath cottage offers privacy for all your guests in a quiet country setting. You will immediately enjoy the treelined private driveway alongside sprawling horse corrals. The cottage offers three cozy bedrooms, and two full baths, plus a well equipped kitchen. You may extend the living room couch into a queen-sized sleeper, and enjoy all of your favorite entertainment with free wi-fi and a 50” flat screen. You are welcome to a relaxing stroll through several acres of woods and gardens. Come enjoy the peaceful serenading of birdsong while you swing on the covered front porch or barbeque under the pines in your private patio. This cottage is in a great location with easy access to all local downtown Southern Pines, Pinehurst & Aberdeen spots. Many local parks are just 1 mile away for gorgeous lakeside strolls.Barn guests will immediately be immersed in the quiet sanctuary of their own pine-lined private drive to the Barn. We offer an expansive king-sized bed in our cozy master loft. A newly renovated bathroom and shower, well-equipped modern kitchen, and full laundry services. Everything open up to a palatial great room, which includes it's own bar, game tables, and foosball with a centerpiece leather couch that will easily accommodate 5 or 6 offensive linemen. We've anchored the room with a 180 inch HD projector TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video live sports, and any other streaming video services you desire. WIFI is complimentary throughout the property and we've included an extra TV in the bedroom just in case you strain your eyes in the theater. Ranch House Guests will instantly feel the tranquility and privacy of their private villa. Boasting 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms spread over 4200 sqft, the Ranch House is the very essence of luxury. The house underwent a full, custom renovation that spanned over two years to get it where it is today. You and your guests will never want to leave this retreat in the Pines. You are able to rent any of the houses separately, or rent the entire 6 acre property to yourself. Each rental does have it's own driveway, entrance, yard and private space so you should not worry to stumble upon the other houses or guests during your stay. However if you want to rent any combination of the homes you may do so and each one is a short walk thru the woods to each other.The rentals comes fully furnished and all utilities are included. We are pet friendly.
