"One night stand!??."

Sadly not the hotels fault but my bed was peed in! You could smell it! But somebody from maid service put something like Drizit absorbent granules to try to fix this. But laying in bed, you could smell it. Went down to I think Stacy who I later learned was the manager. She did her best to get the sheets and pad changed. Sadly, 19 min later, the new sheets got wet again. What I have nightmares about was the fact that I was in urine. After hearing there were no more rooms, a room surfaced and by 10pm, I was moved to another room. Had to take a shower again as I was touching a wet surface the first time and second time in room 332! Finally got to 338 and got an okay nights sleep! The person in cleaning this 332 did not think this through. You can't do that to a guest! Management did us right. But this room was $228 a night and I paid it but no amount was right to expose me to urine. That's gross!

Your day Front Desk Reception Justin is awesome. We remember him from our last stay as he is so accommodating and friendly and geeets everyone with a bright smile. He quickly answers questions or attends to our needs or concerns. We will be back to stay in September and look forward to it.

We have travel all over the U.S., Canada, South America and even Iceland. We really love everything about this hotel! Clean spacious room, well lit, clean, friendly staff, nice full breakfast, great location central to all area tourist attraction. We stayed here when first renovated and are back again. We'd certainly rather stay here than with relatives that live in the.area!
