Property Description
The historic Mayflower Park Hotel occupies one of Seattle's finest shopping and business locations. The hotel is centrally-located in the heart of Seattle and opens directly into Westlake Center, from which you can ride the Monorail to the Seattle Center, Space Needle and Experience Music Project. Also, direct access to light rail. The Pike Place Market, Waterfront and Seattle Art Museum are just a short walk away.
Independently-owned, the elegantly appointed Mayflower Park Hotel offers 160 classically styled guest rooms including 29 luxury suites. The hotel also features award winning, Mediterranean restaurant, Andaluca, and Oliver's Lounge, a popular bar offering the best martinis in town, located on the lobby level.
The Mayflower Park Hotel, including Andaluca Restaurant and Oliver's Lounge is entirely non-smoking.
The Mayflower Park Hotel is ideally suited for corporate meetings as well as banquets and wedding receptions. We pride ourselves on offering intimate, personal attention to every detail of your event.
Six attractive meeting rooms, including the Fireside Room, shown at right, with it's marble fireplace and intimate setting, are available for groups from 12 to 200.

Green Sustainability
Water and Energy Conservation:
Retrofitted lighting and compact fluorescent light bulbs. Low flow water systems for toilets, showers and faucets.
?Cleaning Supplies and Guestrooms:
Mt. Hood Chemicals are used. They are based out of Portland, Oregon and all new products are in compliance with EPA’s Safer Detergents Stewardship Initiative (SDSI). Volunteer linen reuse program noted in all guestrooms. All guestrooms have been non-smoking since 2003.
?Entire Hotel:
All departments have participated in our garbage recycling program since 1997. The entire hotel, including Oliver’s Lounge, has been non-smoking since 2005. The hotel provides bus subsidies for all employees. The hotel offers flexible schedules to cut down on congestion and idle exhaust.
?Food and Beverage Department:
Locally based vendors are used to support the local economy and cut down on gasoline consumption. Organic based ingredients are used in our restaurant, Andaluca.
