ROOST is a BRAND NEW extended stay apartment hotel concept offering thoughtfully designed apartment hotel units with boutique hotel perks. It is located in the new and upcoming Baltimore Peninsula right near Under Armour new stadium and future home of their global headquarters. Right by Sagamore Spirit Distillery. Stylish rooms come with big kitchens featuring full size refrigerators, microwaves, stovetops, all kitchen & glassware, ample work space, and all rooms feature a king size bed making those long extended stays very comfortable for our guest. Majority of our rooms feature balconies and we offer 1,2, and 3 bedrooms as well as 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor resort-like amenity space including an open-air pool lined with cabanas and an outdoor fireplace centered around a full-service hybrid bar and lounge.
