The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The games room was a huge hit and the employees were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was alright, except for when the pancake machine was broken, the premade pancakes were rubbery. The hot drink machine in the lobby was amazing!

We found this hotel to be very comfortable with spacious rooms and the cappuccino maker in the lobby was great! Check in was good.. however when we checked out, the lady at the desk questioned me on my pups and asked me if I told the front desk when we checked in Of course I had I even told them when I phoned in the booking… I also mentioned it again at check in as he gave ne a 3rd floor rm and I asked for a main floor due to the pups… She was very accusatory and commented that she would check on this information when I left.. This left me with a feeling like I had done something wrong. I didn't appreciate that. Nice room though and I will go back.
