Property Description
HYATT house is the newest twist on extended stay hotels located in the Raleigh Durham area, within walking distance of a few restaurant options, and shops. Our hotel is an upscale contemporary design with unexpected touches of luxury, including iPod/Phone docking stations, king size beds,evening bar with a pool table, seasonal outdoor pool, a firepit, patio area, and outdoor grill for guest use. We also include a complimentary full breakfast with made to order omelets and Seattle's Best coffee. Other complimentary amenities include a business center and wired/wireless internet throughout the hotel and shuttle service within a 5 mile area.

Cleanliness and safety have always been at a high standard, we have enhanced our standards for hygiene, cleaning, and safety. We have partnered with industry experts, such as Ecolab®, to help ensure we have training on hygiene and infection prevention expertise, with protocols rooted in the CDC guidelines. Our staff has also been trained on property cleaning and sanitizing procedures through our proprietary AimClean program, and by other industry-leading cleaning experts, including Ecolab. Hand sanitizing stations are placed at key guest and team member entrances and contact areas. In addition, all public space and back-of-house contact surfaces are sanitized every two hours with anti-viral disinfectant. Using a peroxide multi surface cleaner and disinfectant, industry leading cleaning and sanitizing protocols are in place for guest suites with particular attention paid to high touch areas.
