I stayed here on my trip in and I'm staying on my trip home. The staff is absolutely amazing. Farzana was incredible on my first visit and Rose today was great. The air conditioning in my room wasn't working, so Adrian came up and tried to fix it, but wasn't able to and he made sure I was moved to another room. I cannot say enough great things about the staff you have here. I am traveling by myself and I feel so comfortable here. Thank you for an amazing stay!

I had been traveling most of the night and was able to request an early check in and with Farzana's assistance, she made it happen. She was very courteous and went way above and beyond to take care of me. I had just missed the end of breakfast and she was able to get something for me from the kitchen. She has outstanding customer service. The Hyatt needs more folks like her. Thank you.
