Property Description

We are off I-77 and less than a mile from the shores of Lake Norman. The Sun Up Cafe and Novanta 90 Pizzeria Napoletana are less than a mile away and the All Seasons Marina and Boat Yard is six miles away. We are a great option when visiting family or friends at Lake Norman Regional Medical Center which is three miles away.Choose from exciting exotic animal encounters, slow Lake Norman cruises on a river boat, whipping around in a go-kart at a world-class Motorplex, or chilling out with a locally brewed craft beer. Oh, and of courseā€¦NASCAR dominates the racing scene here in ā€œRace City USAā€, with plenty of race teams and auto museums to visit. Just 20 minutes from Statesville, Troutman, Jetton Park and Lake Norman National State Park.
