Property Description

We are in the heart of Seattle's University business district, minutes from downtown and just a few blocks from the University of Washington. Our guest rooms offer an in-room safe, hair dryer, coffee maker, bottled water, iron & board, plus free high-speed wireless internet access. The Watertown Hotel offers a 100% smoke free environment and an abundance of complimentary services and amenities including a spacious lobby as a work space and a great fitness room. We even offer complimentary use of sturdy road bikes for fun city touring. We have a large conference room that feature folding walls that allow them to sectioned into more private meeting spaces. The total space is approximately 1,300 square feet for up to 60 seated guests or up to 100 guests reception. All standard meeting amenities, including wireless internet, pads and pens, screen for projector, and more, come complimentary with meeting space rental fee.
