The hotel features the re-imagined PUMP ROOM Restaurant, with a new food concept by world renowned and James Beard award winning Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. The Restaurant offers re-invented PUMP ROOM classics and simple, delicious “farm to table” favorites in a relaxed, comfortable environment. Each evening the Restaurant's bar transforms into a supper club that re-captures the glamour the 30's and 40's with a modern twist.
