I included a lengthy review, but it just cleared itself from the screen. Too bad, it was detailed and each item should/need to be brought up to standards. The only Excellent grade I would give, is to the Food Service Dept. OUTSTANDING, TOTALLY CLEAN, HOT OR COLD AS REQUIRED! MITCHELL, who signed me in was cordial, as well as the young lady who I spoke with as I was leaving. she apologized in the appropriate manner and showed genuine concern. But, FILTHY CARPETS, Dirty chair upholstery, broken glass in framed picture directly over my head. All leave much to be desired. The Ants, by far were the worse part of my experience! I have used THIS location on many occasions. Not, likely to go so again. I believe that your entire cleaning staff needs a much more in depth training. And, explain to NEW Employees. they don't clean the room the 1st day, nor is it ever PROPER to only knock twice at 8 AM and immediately unlock the door, if I hadn't had the safety engaged. he would have walked in on me undressed! And, it's NOT your guests place, to ask and then try to explain the situation to someone of a different nationality. Who only replies. NO SPEAK ENGLISH. I am in NO WAY PREJUDICED, however, this situation should not have occurred. There were NO DO NOT DISTURB/SLEEPING door hangers in my room. Someone, at the Top is not doing there job properly. You can't blame employees who haven't been fully trained. That's on You. And it STARTS AT THE TOP!
