It was considerably colder than usual in the hotel itself. The heat was definitely not working at optimum capacity. The restaurant was sparsely staffed and a little slow on getting the food out ; however, the wait staff were wonderful both in the evening and for breakfast in the morning. And the food was excellent. The person at the reception desk was also very helpful.
