Why doesn't this hotel have a backup generator? All evening long, we have been losing power off, on, off, on. Not only is it stressful but the temp regulation is challenging. Also, I have an early train out tomorrow and all of the systems restarting is utterly distracting my night's sleep. I should get a refund for this night with the amount that we are paying for a night's stay. This night is shot. Unbelievable.
