We showed up to this place and they didn't have hot water and weren't 100% sure when it would be on. They were upfront and more than willing to accommodate us in the meantime. They gave people discounts, provided us breakfast and checked in with us regularly on our stay. They made a situation that could have been terrible so much better and the staff did it with a smile. It was not an ideal situation for all involved but kudos to them for stepping up. We would definitely come back again next year for this tournament if needed!
