Group Getaways, Done the Palladian Way
At the Kimpton Palladian Hotel, we believe your getaway should be just as unforgettable (and fabulous) as the crew you're traveling with. Our boutique 97-room hotel brings a dash of Gatsby glam, a hint of Seattle's iconic sub-pop edge, and a whole lot of personality—perfect for groups who travel well and play even better.
Tucked between Belltown and downtown's retail core, we're walking distance from Pike Place Market, the waterfront, and the city's best shopping, bars, and bites. Need a group dinner spot with serious seafood game? Shaker + Spear, our rave-reviewed restaurant, is right downstairs. Looking for a moody lounge to kick off (or cap off) the night? Pennyroyal has you covered—with craft cocktails, cozy corners, and just the right amount of mischief.
Our spaces were made for celebrating—whether it's a birthday bash, reunion, or just a well-deserved escape from the everyday. Keep it intimate in The Cellar on 2nd, with its moody brick walls and cozy-chic vibe (hello, champagne toast). Or go all out in the Glass House—a sun-drenched, high-ceilinged stunner that fits up to 200 of your favorite people.
And when it comes to the food? Your group will eat like rock stars, thanks to the culinary team behind Shaker + Spear. Planning it all? Easy. Fun, even. We'll handle the details—you just bring the good times.
So grab the crew, pack your best weekend fits, and get ready to make some memories.
At the Palladian, your group getaway is anything but ordinary.
Green sustainability
At Kimpton, heartfelt care doesn’t start and stop with our employees and guests. We’re passionately committed to extending care to our communities and that begins with how we treat our planet. We’ve proudly implemented over 100 practices to make our hotels, restaurants, community, and world a better place. So when you’re staying or dining with us, rest assured we’re doing everything we can to create an environmentally-responsible experience.
Since our very early days, we continue to put the environment front and center in our operations. Today, we prioritize IHG Green Engage certification across our portfolio to track consumption data, install energy efficient lighting and uphold a Green Team committee to drive our continued efforts.
We know that what we do today to sustain our environment will have a direct impact tomorrow and the days that follow. We’ve got big goals in our Journey for Tomorrow to preserve our planet’s beauty and diversity.
Sustainably Minded
To minimize our water consumption, energy usage, and drive sustainable operations practices, here are some highlights:
We use non-toxic cleaning supplies, extensively recycle, and minimize our water consumption.
Whenever possible we source our collateral and signage from recycled materials
Many of our hotels utilize energy-efficient LED lighting in our guestrooms, corridors and public spaces.
Many of our hotels have faucets, shower heads and toilets that utilize low flow water systems to help conserve water usage.
Most of our properties utilize large, refillable shampoo, conditioner and shower gel amenities by Atelier Bloem, eliminating the disposal of small plastic bottles.
We’ve partnered with Clean the World to recycle small disposable shampoo, conditioner and shower gel bottles where they’re still used. To date, Kimpton properties have diverted or recycled nearly 30,000lbs of waste, reduced our carbon footprint by 18,100 kgCO2e, saved 97,300 gallons of water, and so much more.
We source nearby farms and other food purveyors to reduce the carbon emissions of long-haul travel and to support our local economy. The bonus to you, our guest, is incredibly fresh cuisine.
We’ve removed the use of plastic straws at all our restaurants and bars to minimize the chemicals released into the environment from plastic straws.
We pour sustainable or environmentally conscious wine at our evening wine hour at all our properties as part of our ‘Wines that Care’ program.
We’re also proud to have garnered LEED certification at the Gold and Silver levels at many of our hotels, further improving our environmental performance, including:
Square 1682 in Philadelphia achieved LEED certi?cation (Gold Level), marking Kimpton’s and Philadelphia’s first LEED building
Kimpton Tryon Park Hotel achieved LEED (Gold)
Kimpton Aertson Hotel achieved LEED (Silver)
Kimpton Hotel Monaco Philadelphia achieved LEED (Gold)
Kimpton La Peer Hotel achieved LEED (Silver)
