All hotel rooms including occupied/vacant and departure rooms are cleaned and sanitized with attention paid to high touch areas such as doors/locks, windows, hangers, safety deposit boxes, iron/ironing boards, telephone, sofas, desks, tables/chairs, hair dryer, fridges, lamps, and coffee makers. Clean, fresh bed and bath linens are always used. Frequent cleaning in public spaces includes disinfecting high touch areas, including elevator buttons and common area restrooms. Front desk and surrounding areas are cleaned and sanitized during each shift and staff maintains reasonable distance when interacting with guests. Elevators are cleaned and sanitized 6 times daily (more frequently, if needed).Bar and restaurant floors are cleaned, disinfected and sanitized before, during (as required) and after each shift. All serving trays cleaned and sanitized before and after each use. Bar service stations, countertops sanitized frequently.
