Our menus have been replaced by disposable ones and for guests who wish, there are even take -away cups.After cleaning, the cutlery is placed in pocket bags so that the waiters don’t have to touch them.Breakfast is no longer as before with a buffet, but everything is in glass jars or take away cups. We are now using the Petrus meeting area as an extra extension of the restaurant. The toilets are cleaned and disinfected daily by us, also there are extra disinfecting gels for the hands.In the building there are floor stickers placed, to indicate in which direction our guests have to walk.
