Cleaning policies
All our employees are in possession of a mouth mask. They are also in possession of disinfectant gels for the hands.
Everywhere in the building, these disinfectant gels are also available for the guests.
Before they are escorted to their table, the non-hotel guests have to give their details (phone number and e-mail)
All tables are at a safe distance from each other and are disinfected after each guest. Our menus have been replaced by disposable ones and for guests who wish, there are even take -away cups.
After cleaning, the cutlery is placed in pocket bags so that the waiters don’t have to touch them.
Breakfast is no longer as before with a buffet, but everything is in glass jars or take away cups. We are now using the Petrus meeting area as an extra extension of the restaurant.
The toilets are cleaned and disinfected daily by us, also there are extra disinfecting gels for the hands.
In the building there are floor stickers placed, to indicate in which direction our guests have to walk.
