My reservation was made directly through this hotel. Upon arrival I was informed that I made reservations through a third party. I supposedly had two different reservations, which is false only called one time. In discussing with staff, no ins could give me a clear eaaaon as to why I was booked with Priceline rather than the hotel in which I called. The employee that I spoke with is Jodie. We left a day early and I was not able to recoup any charges due to the fact that my reservations numbers didn't exist with Priceline. This all seems very shady, suspicious and fraudulent.
