I stay at the hotel on March 20 22. I booked through an online booking that subtracted 1,092. Then Hotel Ink 48 started taking money from my account as well. It took $353.00 out of my account the first day I checked in and I didn't get it back. Then different charges started showing up everyday. I had to watch my account like a hawk. When we checked in the first day we had to wait in the waiting area, then after 30 minutes I went to the desk to ask what's the hol up and the receptionist said they should have given you another room instead of making you wait. I just drove from Virginia and having to wait was not okay. Meanwhile, while waiting I heard them at the desk gossiping about an co worker.

"Loud Rooms"

The mattress was great and the room look nice, but when attempting to sleep you can hear every single sound of the outside world. The noise from the club around the corner can be heard all night. Hotel staff was kind and the bathroom was fully stocked with nice, warm, water pressure.
