The staff was as helpful as they could of been, but in this situation there wasn't much they could do for us, as they said. We paid the rate of a little over $77 for the first two nights we booked. I booked a 3rd the morning of before check out, at first the rep helping (alex) said it would cost $103 and some change so I explained I would need to discuss that price with my fiance and call him back, when I called him back not even 20 min later he up charged it to $109 and some change. I asked him about the charge rise but he refrained from saying a word. We agreed but then later thought about how the rise in price hadn't made sense at all. We called later that evening to find out why it had happened and ended up speaking with a rude female who hung up on us after claiming to know nothing about this "recovery fee" we were charged this time then changed her mind to try and explain what it was. We called back and spoke with a nice gentleman who did what he could in helping us comprehend it but we still had no idea what this recovery fee was really for anyway. We felt upset over paying for such a nice room when we didn't get to be in that room at all. I felt that it was sexist honestly and really got my fiance blood boiling. We never wanted to stay again at all, but did about a week and a half later and everything ended up worse than before. Dirty DIRTY rooms with trash tossed under the bed and left and all. I'm so disappointed in these four total nights that I won't step back into an extended stay unless made right for us both.
