The staff are very friendly and helpful, the lobby area is well maintained and the room was very clean and neat. The airport shuttle ran when we needed it and they also have park and fly. Will definitely be staying again.

I previously was at another hotel in Baltimore and came to double tree and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant. I LOVE the double tree cookies. I wish I could bake them and have them every day lol.
