Staff was very nice. Room has nasty carpet and broken furniture. Had to get a plunger to be able to use the toilet. Needs a remodel.

Was told grab and go breakfast and coffee. Got neither. Had to drive two miles for coffee. I spoke with manager as I was checking out and let him know the black girl working nights told me they had neither. He said I could've got coffee. This is bullshit. I will never stay there again.

I won't be staying there again. When I made my reservation, I was told there was grabbing a breakfast and coffee. The first night after waking up to go get coffee and the lady tells me that due to Covid there is none. I had to drive two miles to get a cuppa coffee. When we checked out the manager said that I could have gotten coffee. I don't know who this young black girl was but she was not friendly at all. The manager seemed a little aggravated at her as he should be. Also, the toilet wouldn't flush.

The hotel is awful they provide nothing no ice, no trash can, the rooms smell. People smoking in the stairwell. Tons of tweekers around at night. Smells like weed all the time. I purposely left a bottle right by a door to see if it would be cleaned up and it was there for three days.

Bugs plus the absolute rudest staff ive ever encountered they had my wife in tears we didnt even stay the second day.

Arrived to hotel found that we had to pay a deposit of 100 dollars because we booked through a third party. We got our room. No shampoo or soap for us. Come to find out there was no telephone in the room. The kitchen sink was broken, dirty and unsecured. The blankets had cigarette holes burnt through one of the blankets. In addition one of the blankets has either blood or coffee stains on it. Service was horrible. When time came to checked out, the staff didn't have money to return my money I deposited. Instead, she only gave me 80 dollars. I am very upset. I have to go back another day to get my money. Staff keep blaming me that I shouldn't have reserve via Expedia. Note: Expedia brings your corporate money through us!
