Ten adults stayed at the Boston Waltham 4th Ave. for one night in order to attend an educational conference. The check in went seamlessly; staff were unbelievably efficient, polite and very helpful. We would choose this hotel again for any future stay in the Waltham area!

I't was not good at all, too many smokers and the room was completely filled up wit secondhand smoke. I couldn't breath. That's it.

"I was robbed and harassed by the Extended Stay Staff in Waltham MA."

Ticket # 2871407 Attention: Extended Stay Corporate Management: On June 10, 2019, I called the front desk for general maintenance needs in my room 332. At approximately 7:00 PM, a maintenance person by the name of David came to the room for the general repairs in the main living area and bathroom. After David's departure, I quickly realized that my wallet, which was left on the countertop was emptied of $545.00, of which $500 was in $100 dollar bills. I contacted the front desk to complain and asked for management. I spoke directly with Rachel (General Mgr.) and Daniel (District Mgr.). I also contacted Guest Relations and talked to Jenna at 877 651 2124. I was horrified at the response provided directly to me by Daniel. She said, quote, "David is an honored employee, You are just a Customer." To this day, I am sickened by that response. I called for HELP to no avail. I was made to feel like the perpetrator, not the victim. David stole the money while I was in another part of the room. We confronted him directly and he of course denied the accusation and made a mockery of the situation. I called the Waltham Police who quickly responded and took a report. As of this writing, I will be meeting with the police once again. I am the victim of a crime in your Waltham establishment. Instead of helping me, I received nothing more than excuses for David. First I was told that he was a resident, hired to work onsite, then I was told that he doesn't live onsite but is a temporary contracted employee. This casts a very bad light on Extended Stay as a whole. As a female, I am not safe in your establishment and I require that you investigate this theft and take every action to prosecute David for theft of funds from a guest at the Hotel. In addition, I require that you take the necessary action against your management for treating this assault on my life as being trivial. I want and need my $545.00 back without further delay. I am severely traumatized by this experience and need your help. Failure to respond will be cause for me to escalate this matter to the Attorney General's Office for the State of Massachusetts. Corporate management has failed to reachout to me to investigate. Ana Gajate.
