The hotel was clean. The friendly staff was very helpful with whatever you needed. Very busy weekend when we were there but the bar staff and breakfast crew, particularly the Starbucks crew, was extremely nice and efficient. Keep up the great work.

I was very disappointed with this hotel, the deadbolt in the first room I was given didn't work, the second room seemed like it had not been used in awhile, no phone, clock, hair dryer, the ironing board cover was so thin it could not be used, hot refrigerator, the shower curtain barely hung and the linen was old and did not properly fit, upon check out the man told me three times that nobody was in my room when I clearly kept showing him my key. The hotel has recently been renovated but it looks like it just got a coat of paint. Definitely not worth the price of the room.

U was unhappy with my making reservations. I gave them my Marriott member number and they did not put it on reservation I found this out when I checked in. Also did not get the best rate for members I found out. Nothing could correct it because I prepaid with credit card.
