Below are reviews of the city of Kingsport, TN from an actual visitor's perspective.
It seemed sort of spread out but very conveniently navigable. It was easy to get around even though things I was traveling to seemed to be far apart. The travel was 'fun' with the hills and curves. Some were a little anxiety provoking with sharp curves but I personally enjoy that. All in all, easy to navigate and close though it may not seem like it. There are also very many outlets for food, dining,, and shopping, I didn't find anything that I would otherwise look for lacking. All major chains and outlets are available in the area. I didn't feel I was missing anything I would otherwise look to have access to.
I was there for work and did not experience anything about Kingsport but it is a beautiful place.
