Pulled up to find all the doors to the lobby propped open. The lobby was stuffy and hot. The girl was hiding behind the counter and then suddenly popped her head up when she realized someone was there. She admitted to me that she gave my room away and did not have a room for me. I reserved one of your King suites the only thing she had left was a room of two double bed then I noticed there was a sign on the door for the pool and I commented about the pool being closed and she said it was closed for a maintenance issue some kind of algae problem and would not be open during my stay then I happen to comment how hot it was in the lobby and why were the doors propped open? She said the air conditioner had went out in half the building. She said she could put me in a room with two double beds. It would be a regular room, not like a deluxe suite room like head reserved and not a king bed. It's 1030 at night. I was exhausted after being up since 5:30 in the morning from a long day of travel so she gave me a key to look into the room. The room was hot at 84°. No one had turned on any air in the room when I questioned if that room had air, she said yes it did, but it would've taken a really long time for that room to cool off if there was no air conditioning in the hallway or the main part of the building at that point I told her never mind if she had given my room away I wasn't staying there and I left.
