This place is situated in what is known as the "Es Raiguer" a fertile plain located in the center of the island next to the famous “Serra de Tramuntana”, is a mountain range running southwest–northeast which forms the northern backbone of island of Mallorca. It is also the name given to the comarca of the same area. On the 27th June 2011 The Tramuntana Range was awarded World Heritage Status by UNESCO as an area of great Physical and Cultural significance.The farm covers an area of 160,000 square meters zoned for agricultural use with grazing sheep and a herd of different inhabit animals.We have a garden next to the main house in which we collect most vegetables and some fruits for the kitchen of the hotel that you will taste. The building dates from XIX century, as the main house was originally built in the second half of the nineteenth century to the owners' house and family as well as other agencies for agricultural use. During approximately the next 100 years, at different times, followed by reforms and adding dependencies for agricultural use. In the 70s, I started making new units for agriculture separated from the house and the main building, this building consists of about 1000 square meters between the 2 floors. The building was gradually adapting to the demands of modern life and as housing was only occupied the ground floor.The upper floor was dedicated for many years to the storage of grain for food and seeds for planting. At the beginning of the 70s, it was empty until the year 2005 started the works to make it a hosting.We did spacious rooms spread over Junior Suite,Superior Double and Double Standard, all different from one another and respecting fully the old and thick stone walls. Apply all technologies that we think should have a modern hotel, such as heating, air conditioning, bathroom in each room, safety deposit box, national television signal DTT and satellite international channels, telephone and internet access via cable or wi-fi. Considering the environment did double thick crystals seal all doors and windows; install automatic electronic stop heating and air conditioning while having open doors or windows and also put temperature control in each room or rooms (depending on category) of the room, with separate control for people that occupy it can put it to your liking. It was completed in 2010 as a rural hotel.
