The customer service was not very good. There were no towels in the room after we waited for housekeeping to finish the room. We were told several different things and no one honored what our paperwork said. The parking is apparently through a third party sales vendor and the vendor and hotel are not on the same page. Although it is close to the airport it was not a pleasant experience and I would recommend staying somewhere else.

I made the reservation on the phone and it went without a hitch. Great service from front desk staff at check in. When I got up I went to get breakfast (great food and service). I asked for late check out and there were no issues with getting it granted. Kudos to the staff, great customer service.

The staff throughout the hotel was friendly and professional. The property was clean. We enjoyed a pleasant dinner in the restaurant and I took advantage of the courtesy shuttle to the airport. Room was quiet. I especially like the chilled citrus water available in the lobby.

Hotel was beautiful and very clean. We ate at the restaurant twice and Breyanna, Monica and Jessica went way beyond the call of duty to make sure we had everything we needed. Also the ladies at the desk were exceptional. We will be back.

The hotel has a variety of food and beverage options. Savannah Bistro features a sophisticated menu in a relaxed atmosphere opened for Breakfast and Dinner.
