The staff put me in their "quiet" section of rooms and it was quite all night after the traffic died down. The water was hot, so the shower was appreciated. Thank you. The room had a TV, mini fridge, microwave and hair dryer. The coffee maker put out a nice, steamy beverage.

Every thing was fine. Housekeeping was excellent. The front desk could have made me feel more welcome and accommodating. I asked that my room be cleaned, towels and new bedding and the desk person said “I'll see what I can do”. It turned out fine but I was taken aback with her comment. Not great customer service. Desk people were not overly friendly and didn't make me feel particularly welcome. However I did enjoy your hotel. Just need to let the guest feel appreciated. I will probably come back. I liked your location.

The Village Inn is conveniently located in the heart of Springfield, Oregon between Interstate 5 and the McKenzie Highway (126). The Village Inn is the perfect stopover point when traveling the I-5. We're just over an hour to the Oregon coast and two hours to Eastern Oregon via the McKenzie Highway.We are a unique property tucked in surrounded by trees with a beautiful quiet courtyard with a nice garden and fountain. Always providing you with efficient and friendly service. We allow pets with a minimal fee per night per pet. Enjoy a room in the beautiful courtyard and relax. Fresh popcorn made in lobby daily. Complimentary continental breakfast and free paper daily. Refrigerator and microwave in every room. All of our rooms have recently renovated bathrooms, new carpet, new beds and BRAND NEW 40" Flat screen televisions with premium cable and HBO.
