This is a wonderful hotel with a great staff which is why we chose to stay there again. However we wanted to book directly with the hotel so I thought I had called them directly only to learn again that this third party lead us to believe we were talking directly to the hotel but we were not! Which means you cannot make any changes at the hotel since you did not book through them. UGH.
