Charming old city with many restaurants and taverns. Excellent location for skiing!
The hotel personnel was very friendly and room comfortable and clean. Everyone is so nice, there's something for everybody. You just feel welcome not like a stranger.

It's beautiful! Salida is just right. Not too big and not too small!
The most impressive was the awesome views of the snow capped peaks. The downtown area shops and restaurants were enticing.

Salida was beautiful and we enjoyed our time there. The Mexican restaurant we ate at was incredibly good with great wait staff, we would return to that one.
Salida is a great city and wish we had more time to explore. We are planning another trip back to do more sightseeing and fishing.
