Verified Reviews of Warwick Seattle

Below are the verified reviews from guests that we have booked recently:
"Great Customer Service and Honeymoon Suite!"
Overall Score5.0/ 5
Susan Ellis was wonderful to work with. She took such personal care of us and was great at communicating. My dad's whole side of the family (he has 7 siblings, plus spouses, kids, etc) stayed in the room block and they all liked their rooms. They had a great time hanging out in the cozy lobby by the fireplace and playing board games. They also liked the restaurant, Brasserie Margaux. Because we reached the quota for rooms, we got a discounted suite for our wedding night. Susan suggested the Evergeen Suite, which was an excellent recommendation! It has a huge marble bathroom with a jacuzzi tub facing plate glass windows overlooking the city from the 19th floor. We also received some chocolate covered strawberries, sparkling cider (because we don't drink) and a handwritten note. It was the perfect place to relax in luxury on our wedding night and it was easy to reconnect with family in the morning.

"Friendly Staff, Comfortable Rooms, and Excellent Sales Dept."
Overall Score5.0/ 5
Thank you for a pleasant stay. My Banning Museum and Friends Tour Group enjoyed their stay very much. Several members of my group of 24 adults mentioned that they would prefer to have cereal sometimes for their breakfast as they aren't used to a heavy breakfast every day with eggs, meat (bacon or sausage), hash browns and toast. Overall, the breakfast was good.

"Great Service and Reasonably Priced for Our Guests."
Overall Score4.0/ 5
We booked a block of rooms at the Warwick for our wedding guests. They offered us a reasonable rate and most of our guests chose to stay there. Some members of our bridal party received room upgrades, including my husband and I. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though kind of outdated in some features such as the furniture, bath tub and toilet (at least in our room). We were upgraded to a suite for our wedding, which was incredibly kind of the hotel and we really appreciated it. Our room included a Jacuzzi tub in the master bath which we had a chance to enjoy the day after our wedding. It was very nice, except the jets were so loud (a function of the tub being a bit too old, I think) that we decided to forgo them since there was nothing romantic about having to shout to hear each other. Overall, I'm glad we chose this hotel for our guests. They seemed to have a great time and we were very happy with our treatment from the staff.

Response from Management on 26-Aug-2014:
On behalf of our entire staff, thank you, Sara. Your review allows us to improve and grow as a team. While we know our suites are a bit dated, the good news is that they will all go through a renovation in the fall of 2014.
"Our Entire Wedding Party Loved This Hotel!"
Overall Score5.0/ 5
All 35 guests had nothing but nice things to say about the staff and the hotel. The staff was unbelievably friendly across the board. Rooms were very nice and very convenient to the market, shops and space needle. Beds were very comfy. Also, they gave us a bottle of champagne for our wedding! Highly recommended!
