Prattville, AL is a picturesque city located in the core of Alabama, the county seat of Autauga County. It is part of the Montgomery metropolitan statistical area, home to a variety of businesses and industries, as well as a growing arts and culture scene. We didn't get to explore the town much. I did like how there were a lot of restaurants nearby to give a good amount of choices for dinner each night. My dad races in Montgomery once a year and we chose to stay here for the proximity to the racetrack and the safeness of the area.

Prattville is a city right outside of Montgomery, Al. If you're ever in the area, you must try Garrett's restaurant. This is where we treated the couples on a marriage retreat for dinner and every dish was outstanding! I had the pork chop and it was amazing! The pecan pie martini is touted as one of 100 dishes to try in Alabama before you die, and it was delicious! The chef came and talked with us and even took pics with our group.
