Najia Shahbaz I was in Hayatt Richardson hotel in Dallas last weekend and I don't know how to describe my experience specially in this COVID where the cleaning suppose to be the first priority..I kid you not the room was filthy,curtains in the room I don't know it was the food or the poop someone clean with the curtains,bathroom shower was clogged fully and we complain about that too but no one came ,in the room was dust on every single thing even the bed sheets ,clock on everything I kid you not I even have a pictures to prove Was there for two days over the weekend with family and when we got back home we all got sick and my kids and me we have a bugs bite on the whole body ..rashes all over on my body and on my kidz with little pimples along with redness I want to sue them and I will! Staff is lazy and no service and who ask for parking fee but they are charging don't know why !

Put wrong address for our fields. This hotel was not as close. Hotel was ok. Shower has no pressure and A/C not very cold but it was Clean and staff was friendly.

They was no microwave in our room. We had infant and toddler with us abc we were needing microwave but it was not available. First we were told if we were member of Hyatt we will get a free breakfast then they change their statement that breakfast is not free even if you were a member. We were not much satisfied this time. Microwave must be available if there are kids. If breakfast is not free they should tell them before and should not lie.
