We Care Clean is the Best Western protocol that we have embraced and engaged. The attention to high touch point areas in the lobby, restrooms, business center and front desk is addressed frequently throughout the day after full cleaning services have already been completed. Guest rooms are cleaned thoroughly and are followed by an additional sanitizing protocol prior to turning the room over to the next guest. Social distancing is practiced at all times in our lobby and in public areas where we can facilitate the practice. All items that cannot be properly disinfected have been removed from our guest rooms: magazines, pillows, loose blankets and pillows, pens and notepads. This presentation in the guest room should instill confidence in our guests that we have taken every precaution to properly sanitize the guest room and bathrooms and all surfaces.
