The meeting space is located on the ground floor. It is 1,100 sq.ft and has (2) entrance/exit doors. The meeting room rental charge is negotiable with overnight guest rooms, or food & beverage. The hotel does not allow any outside food and beverage into the hotel licensed areas. The hotel does provide complimentary in the meeting room pads, pens and bottled waters. In addition to this the hotel also provides a screen, projector and whiteboard complimentary. All other AV must be provided by the client or ordered through an outside AV SOurce at the clients request.
